I like idea 2. Idea 1 looks nice but it can look odd at first. The lettering in idea 2 is very nice. You need to tell me what the font is called and where you got it.
The piercing font on the initials in the circle has a cool, pseudo-harsh, quality to it. It contrasts well with the pink. I'm not sure if that was the idea, but it works well.
